"Purchased this because under the assumption that when loaded it is easier to release. It is much easier to extend when loaded. This review was going to be 4 stars because the lanyard is very long and unwieldy but I put an alpine butterfly on the running end allowing my both shorten the lanyard and use it as another connection."
