"I like this pack a lot. It fits well around my shoulders and feels snug to my back. I am able to carry what I need for climbing, rope, draws, slings and rack. The top closure to great and it’s easy to make the pack bigger. 100% would recommend."

"It fits everything that I need for a day out climbing multi pitch, the couple of zippered pockets lend some security for smaller items, and the simple design keeps the pack from getting snagged. Love the sagey minty color that matches a lot of my gear!"
"This is a very comfortable pack, though in warmer times and longer days the unventilated back panel will absolutely make you sweat through your shirt. The opening mechanism is ingenious and avoids zippers. The strap over the top adds another step to get into the pack, though, so I often keep it unhooked (some have said, correctly, that it's not really robust enough to carry much rope, but it will easily do a puffy jacket or shell). The internal pocket is small -- I'd like something twice the size and on the front of the pack, rather than on the back panel where you might put a bladder. The external pocket (in the back panel -- if you don't know it's there you might miss it) is odd, but it will hold a phone and a wallet or whatever. As usual with Black Diamond, there's a lot going on here and a lot of outside-the-box thinking, not all of it useful to every user. But if this bag resonates with your use case, it's quite impressively svelte, tough, and -- to me at least -- comfortable."

"I can fit a double rack, nuts, bladder and snacks with my rope, shoes and helmet on the outside. 2 additional loops on the outside for clipping gear would make this ideal. I have only used it a few times, but based on other reviews and the materials, I have the confidence the outside will be fairly durable. This is probably the most durable small size now that the Creek 20L has been discontinued."

"Love how tough this little guy is. We have the 15L and was able to fit a double rack, harness, shoes & helmet in the bag (just barely) and rope on top. Very tight squeeze and not as comfortable as the 22 blitz pack similar to this which is their larger less durable alpine pack. Nevertheless it all fit! Very quality and durable build."
