The Mission 4P is a fast pitching double wall tent built for mountaineering and expedition style pursuits.

The hoop and hub exterior pole architecture of the Mission combined with the pre-attached fly allows the tent to be easily pitched in even the worst conditions. This unique hybrid dome/tunnel design is engineered to withstand high wind loads from all directions, while the scalloped perimeter and large vents provide ample airflow. The 30d high tenacity polyester fabric is seam-sealed, durable and does not sag in wet environments. An extended front vestibule with twin doors not only allows for leeward access but also provides space for cooking in inclement weather. From basecamp layovers to high altitude storms the Mission tent is the place to be when the weather hits.

BD Mission Tent

"I now have a 2, 3, and 4 person BD Mission tent, and absolutely love these tents. First, they’re all very easy to put together. The 2 and 3 person tents have a vestibule on each side, which is awesome for the 2-person and easily workable for the 3-person. As you jump to the 4-person, you get a massive vesti and entrance on one side, which is super helpful and spacious enough for a 5th person. The 4 person tent would seem heavy, but with 4 people available to carry various pieces, it really isn’t that bad. The durability/stability of the tent in the wind is well worth the weight. Finally, the blue color is amazing for a calm sleep. It’s seems simple, but my last tent was red, and it always seemed like daytime inside. The blue glow gives a soft nighttime feel, and when I’m in the mountains, anything to make a better night sleep is a winner."

I Have A Slight Suggestion

"My friend has a four person mission tent, and after camping with him I absolutely fell in love this tent. I have always wanted to own one of these tents, but I would love it if you offered more colors of this tent particularly black with white logos in order to better match our tactical gear. We both happen to be training survivalists, who agave been searching for years for the perfect tent for us. This tent is perfect for where we happen to live, and perfectly works for each season that comes our way. However I personally think that it would draw more attention towards this tent if you offered more colors in order to please everyone’s respective personal color pallets. The same suggestion goes for another one of my favorite products you sell which is the twilight bivy. I would be personally unbelievably happy if you would want to take my suggestion. Please think about it, and keep up the great work that you already do."

Awesome Large Tent

"This tent is quite impressive honestly. The first thing you’ll notice when you get it is that this thing is huge, the packed size alone is no trivial thing and any team carrying say 70L packs will definitely end up doing some cross loading to make this work. But I will say it comes out to just over 3lbs per person so it’s totally worth it to do that. Once you set it up with can be done by a single person but two is best, you’ll realize this thing is absolutely huge. I set it up in my 2 car garage first and it shocked me how much of it was taken up by this tent. Inside it’s extremely roomy even for 4 people at once with a very large vestibule. The only real downside is you can’t really break it down much to split the weight so whoever carry’s the main portion is looking at about 8lbs."

Outstanding

"Great tent. I purchased it for professional use in Alaska this spring, and it delivered comfort, easy set up, strength and space. While a touch heavier than the Keron 4 from the competition, this tent excels with crossed winds as opposed to those tunnel tents with no crossed poles. Will be buying more for professional use in the near future."
