"This is the first belay device I've purchased. I've used other devices going back to 8 plates and ladder racks. This is easy to use and provides a lot of friction. It's almost too much when belaying my 60 lb child, but it's fine. I like the shape makes it difficult to load incorrectly. Seems to be made well and think I will get a lot of milage out of it."

"This product is easy to learn on, easy to operate and used the way you’re supposed to this device guarantees your safety on the rock. It’s no secret that climbing gear is expensive but that’s not the case here. Super cheap price point but that doesn’t mean it comprises strength. I love using this device it’s super intuitive and never a single time have I had an issue with it or found myself in a dangerous situation caused by this device, if anything this device gets me out of them! Great product."
